07 jbl upgraded to 2013 jbl touch screen

So I have searched and searched for anyone who has done this with no avail. I am looking to upgrade my current 2007 jbl 6 disc to a 2013 entune jbl unit. From pictures I know the two units share a common connector, so it "should be" partially plug and play. How ever there is one connector in my wiring harness that does not match, it is 3 wires that go into a 20 pin connector... Does anyone have experiece with this swap? Or does anyone have the wiring diagrams for the 2007 jbl 6 disc unit? any assistance would be great.
