    Hey guys,

Trying to see if there is a local shop in orlando that can perform a cab mount chop on my 2011 tacoma. I called 4wheelparts and if I can't find anywhere else I will take it there on Tuesday, however I would like to try and get it done sooner. If anyone knows of a shop, please let me know!

    Thanks!

just look up a place online that does welding and fabrication and they should be able to knock it out in 20-30 mins. You could post in the FL BS thread and see if anyone on there that knows how to weld would do it for you too.

1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
I did mine and have the metal to do it but I don't have the time mainly. I still need to weld in my plate.

Is it alright to cut the end of the cab mount off? I see a lot of people cut the front off, mine seems to be the end. Maybe cut 2" off and I would be good to go.

Sure, I ended up reaching out to a family member that had the tools to get the job done. I think it turned out well. When I first put the tires on I didn't rub the cab mounts that bad, but the next day I got an alignment and it became worse. Now the truck drives great, cab mounts are chopped and I fit 305/65/17 size tires.
