A little of this and a little of that.
P.T.C. is a very nice community located southwest of Atlanta. Here's the wiki link.

I have friends and co-workers that live there. You'll need/want a golf cart.

Good luck with the job interview.

PTC isn't very far at all from Senoia's 1/4 mile dirt track.

Thanks a lot guys, and yea ive read up about all i can on wiki, neighborhood scout etc. I was trying to get some first hand experience. And yea i may need to straighten up with twisted sense of humor lol. Ive looked into the surrounding cities and from what i can tell Fayetville isnt that nice. Were planning on renting for atleast the first year were down there and then buy as long as it goes well. A big plus for me is the schools/quality of people and it seems like PTC is about as good as it gets in that area, I will definitely check out Newnan more when I get down there for the interview.

Ptree City is nice, but like they've said...bring piles of cash to keep up with the Joneses there. I know 2 Pilots for Delta that live there. Great schools and neighborhoods. you'll love it
