Bought my first Tacoma, and first truck, for that matter.

    2000 SR5 Xtracab, V6 4x4, 127,000 miles

Needed a truck, limited budget. Don't really trust any other makes past 100K (maybe just my perception, but whatever), so focused on Tacomas. Apparently, everyone else feels the same way. Good luck spending less than 15k around here on a nice 10+ year old Tacoma with 100,000+ miles... Wanna 2004 Nissan/Ranger/S10/anything with 60,000? That's about 7 grand. Whatta trip. These things hold their value better than any Bimmer, Benz, etc, I'm sure of it.

Anyway, shopped for weeks before pulling the trigger. Super clean, new tires, perfect interior. Not sure how people keep cars so nice for so long, but I do appreciate their efforts.

More pix later. Getting some nerf bars today, shopping for a shell on CL, and scrounging through the noob threads.

Glad to be here, seems like a bit less snarky forum than the Evo owners....

    Glenn
