Got a lot accomplished today.

After a hundred trips to the hardware store, finally got my skids on:




Also repainted my armor, cleaned out the junk from in the cab, and installed my new CB. I can actually hear people now. Tried doing a radio check and someone started playing "Peanut butter jelly" so I'll have to see if it actually works later lol

Also rotated and balanced my tires yesterday and changed the oil.

 

Those headlights look so much better than your old ones

Just wait until the end of July when it's 110 and sunny out... and literally just peel it off the truck.

That's what I did with mine.

Wire wheeled the bumper I picked up yesterday, cleaned up nice.. Now onto some welding mods..

 

bled the brakes after installing all new stuff on the front, trim restore stuff on fender flares, and washed it

 

Sweet what kind of HU and camera?

 

Oil change, pinch weld mod, mud flap removal (temporary), Put on the new to me wheels with some old style Re named BFG cheapo mud tires (32x11.50x15). Covered the new rust holes in the bed. Carpet, trim and seats removed to do a deep clean inside, washed the outside and sprayed out the inside of the frame again, water came out clean this time thing was nasty inside for only being 2 years old. Plugged the factory holes in the frame in the front and back with some cut up wax rings, Re fluid filmed the parts getting bare, ordered new pads and rotors, and got a quote and drew up a plan for a desperately needed new bed to get fabricated. 8 inch tall steel side rails, bumper, headache rack, and the bed frame with cross members installed for $700. Sounds pretty good to me personally, considering a new bed from the stealership is $5600 haha. Opinions are welcome though, Im new around here so not sure what people like and dislike.
