Dakar leaf pack placement with King shocks on may20 2015.
Dakars removed and AllPro EX3 placed along with BAMF shackles and shackle hangers oct07 2018

TC UCA UNI-BALLS replaced June 29,2023, at 64025 mile. Used the TC screw press with UCA mounted on truck. these spherical bearings were probably still serviceable.
King front coil-over spherical bearings replaced. the bearing mounts coil-over to LCA. OEM mount bolt has a short shoulder that probably just fine for OEM coil rubber bushing mounts, but the King spherical bearing misalignment spacers seem to wear over this short shouldered bolt. with replacement of the spherical bearing and the misalignment spacers, a new longer shouldered bolt is placed. The coil mount bearings were pressed out and in with a 7/8 socket and ball-pean hammer.
So far, with minimal driving, the squeaks are eliminated, suggesting that majority of front end squawk was due to the KING mounting bearings, and not the TC uniballs nor the UCA red bushings.

hardest task was removal and replacement of UNIBALL spring clips while UCA mounted in truck. needed four hands.

Completed air plumbing with. this air plumbing is questionable. have changed up to a hose direct from the in-cab ARB twin.

in june 2020 that old 2-way plumbing is still in situ. may pull some or all. ARB twin is being remounted on rear cab wall, and fittings thru the rear cab wall for air line to front and rear quick dis-connects is plan.
sheet metal cab wall thin and disagreeble, inside cross supports have multiple
riv-nuts placed and 5/8ths inch plywood is bolted in to support the ARB weight on the vertical cab wall.

    IMG_0306.jpg

July 5 2020 the airline from this ARB placement is run thru the rear cab wall aand terminated middle of rear bumper. a VIAIR leader hose between cab wall fitting and ARB is used, and Flexilla green 3/8 inch line to the steel swing gate bumper. a 7/8th inch barstool 'shoe' covers the external disconnect fitting
