you can run 265/75/16 without rubbing, won't rub unless you get 285s I'm running 3in 5100s lift in my truck i love it so far.

What size tires did your truck come with?
My 2010 4WD had 265/70-16 and I went up to 265/75-16, same wheels, no lift, no rub.

if hes a reg cab 4x4 they are 245/75R16's stock you should be able to fit 265/75R16s with no lift without rubbing.

If you go with a 3in lift your going to need aftermarket UCA's
