I found a good deal on some of the TRD FJ Cruiser Special edition wheels and I really want to purchase them but before I do I have a few questions.

I know people on this thread have these wheels so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.

When putting these wheels on a DC 2010 will I have to do any trimming to get them to clear? I know they are 4.5 backspacing so they should stick out about and inch farther than the original wheels thus giving it a wider stance? I am hoping I understand this correct.

    Thanks

    Jeff

No trimming unless you put on bigger tires. Yes, they will stick out further which gives the truck a more aggressive stance.

Yes I was going to do the gunmetal grey ones... I am not to sure on tire size I hate getting rid of perfectly good tires but seriously what was toyota thinking those stock tires on the TRD sport are hideous. But thats just my opinion..

If you are going with the gunmetal I believe they are 265/75/16, I have a sport like you, so no swapping over 17 inch rubber.
