I Dont have a lot of money and am saving for a house.
I would like to do a custom lift by rebuilding my leaf pack and get a 4in front spacer for the coils.
Can I get a 4in spacer with out needing UCAs?
I Dont do any wheeling as this is our only vehicle and my better/smarter half won't let me.
If it isn't possible to do the 4in spacer w/o UCAs then I'll just end up doing a 3in setup.

    Yes sir
Yea, this times 10! Especially a 4inch spacer, I have a 2 inch spacer and I can't wait until my new OME lift arrives. Don't cheap out on it or "your better half" still won't be pleased :D

Spacers also put a lot of strain on other components, rather than having a proper length coil or adjustable shocks for example, a spacer is simply a big hunk of metal that's placed on top of your coil. Take that into thought considering it would be 4 inches of metal there

I might just rebuild the leaf pack and buy 5100s all round

If you're only 2wd, you can get lift spindles for the front. Stay away from spacers - I'm replacing mine in a couple weeks.
