I know im sorry this question has been asked multiple times.
    But i have a
    2006 Tacoma PreRunner
    with
    Maxtrac Spindle LIft (4 Lift)
& Bilstein 5100 set at (.85) and Eibach Coil (1.6" Lift)

In the Rear an All Pro Expo Leaf Spring (3" lift)

I have the stock 16 TRD Off Road wheels and was wondering if
I can fit 305/75/16 on stock wheels due to their width?
    I'm pretty sure i can fit 285/75/16.

You might fit them, but they might not be right. Check the tire mfg's recommended rim width size for the tire you are looking at. Also look to see how much others have had to hack stuff up to fit that size tire. You pretty much have the same front suspension as the 4wd OR so what fits or doesn't on them will pretty much apply to your rig. My bet is you would have issues.
