coil over assembly

    hey guys, have all my parts for my LT build and wanna see if anyone can give me some advice on assembling my kings to get my springs set up right. from what ive read up basically its to take the rod end and the coil plate and then your able to slide the coil on. any tips/tricks to get this rod end unscrewed? just put it in a vise with a towel and give it a good twist? i feel like this is a really noob question lol but i can find anything on it lol :confused:

    just a pic with part names if anyone can help

    I'm probably wrong but. For the left assembly don't you compress the spring which allows the spring plate to be removed via the cut out in the plate. Doesn't The cut out lets you remove the spring without disassembling the whole shock.

    wow i feel pretty stupid lol the rubber bump on the bottom was like suctioned on the spring plate lol thanks for the help man. got it on there. feel like a total noob lol
