Need shock advice

I had a new frame put on my truck 18 months ago and had an extra leaf added to the oem rears to firm it up a bit. After being told i would get an inch to an inch and a half lift from the extra leaf I ordered four Bilstein 5100's and set the fronts to 1.25 inches and hoped the rears allowed for the extra leaf in the rear. As soon as the truck was put back together i figured the rear was closer to two inches and the rear 5100 only allows for an inch lift. So now my rears are pretty much shot an i need to know what shocks allow for a 2 inch lift keeping in mind that i dont offroad other than to hunt and fish. Any advice is appreciated!

 

Forget to mention i am driving a 2002 tacoma trd 4wd with 235000 miles and lovin it!

 

The only real way to be certain is to do actual measurements when the suspension is fully flexed. But this can be a challenge if you don't have access to a forklift to lift each rear tire to see what you get.

Bilstein does make shocks for our trucks in varying lengths but without exact measurements, it is a bit of a crapshoot to picking the correct lengths. And as you've found out having your shocks be the limiting factor is not good for longevity.
