Do 6cyl 4x4 front shocks fit on the trd prerunner 4cyl??

I'm looking to replace my front shocks since they have over 200k on them.
Just checking around on eBay and the only set that comes with just the two front complete shock and coil says only for 4x4 6 cylinder models. Is it possible that these will fit my prerunner 4cyl ? It also says they exclude trd models
Can anyone explain why ?

 

Yes they do. All 4x4 and prerunners can swap front coilovers. Only thing now swappable is 5lug stuff. The only difference between trd OR and trd sport/ reg suspension is the shock valving and spring type(progressive vs linear).

 

Thanks now I'll be ordering some complete shocks and coils today.
