My 25 yr old son tried his hand at negotiatin on a 2015 Access cab, 5 speed manual with the backup camera package. 3 dealerships later, we found one hungry enough to do business. He negotiated it down to $21,650 out the door but the truck came in with some other package we didn't need so he ran them over the coals for another chunk of change and end price was $19,955. Tips: last day of the month is manditory, last day of the quarter even better, and last day of the year best. Be prepared to go to lots of dealerships, it's all about who has made their quota and who hasn't. Don't trade in, sell out right at CarMax or Car Cash. Only negotiate one end at a time or you'll get screwed on both sides. They have a gizmo that detects paint color change to spot lied about body repairs. Give these tips a try, they've worked great for us.

Funny, your only other post is on the same day talking about having a lemon Tacoma that keeps burning clutches and here your son is buying a new 5-speed?

noticed no one has posted in a while, just wanted to let eveyone know, or someone new to buying a 2015, i was able to get the dealer down from 31,000 (MSRP) to 26900. If you have used "TRUECAR.com" i suggest to get a "quote" with more discount use the "https://corporateperks.truecar.com" they didn't question the discount or anything. When i used the regular true car it gave me a discount that was 500 less than using the corporate site. so if your looking for a little more off the Taco, use the corporate site to help you. Also, i used a different dealers discount price (somone that was 50 miles away) and the dealer down the street said they could match it **use at your own risk**
