2015 Access Cab, 4.10 gears I think. Anyone running 33s with a 2.7 without regearing?

Most people don't regear. Mostly cause of cost.
You will be fine with 33s.

    Don't 2.7 already have 4.10 gears?

Yeah, I think I have 4.10s. Just wondering how well the little 4 banger will push the 33s. Would a 3 inch lift be enough to fit 33s?

As long as your truck is a 6 lug then yes. Don't need to regear and 3" is plenty lift

Mine has a little less giddy up than stock but I blame that mostly on the hundreds of pounds of armor and the rtt. Still completely drivable keeping up with traffic and maintaining highway speeds and I still get 19-21 mpg going back and forth to work.

yup! just changed to 255/85 ST Maxx's (techincally a 32.8) and i was expecting a huge difference from the 245's. Yes it is a bit "slower" or "sluggish" but it already was to begin with, and the difference is small enough to not bother me... Just more cruising in 4th gear on the highway. Im actually running this full tank right now to see what the mileage difference is from before...

I have an access cab, 4x4, 4 banger. The 32s I have are frustrating at times. Definitely noticed the difference.

    I also have an AC 2.7L 4x4 5spd.
Just waiting for tires to arrive to join the 255/85 club...cooper maxx.

Already have 4.88 gears sitting in the garage...waiting for buddy's calendar to free-up before they get installed :)

Don't drive on the freeway much, so not worried about non high-speed friendly gears.
