When I bought my taco it had the base model wiper switch which had no intermittent function. I upgraded to a switch which had the intermittent function - I think from a carolla. It worked fine for almost 3 years and then I blew the wiper fuse. I thought nothing of it and replaced it. A week later it blew again, while it was pissing rain too. I tossed another new fuse but I could not stop the wipers or anything. I figured the switch had shorted out or something and tossed the old switch back in. Which works perfectly fine except now I cannot activate the washer fluid. Anyone have any ideas?

Anyone have any advice here. I jumped the pump to make sure it is still working (which it is) I cannot for the life of me find an issue.

Thanks... But it's not clogged. It works fine if I put 12 volts to the pump.

Have you checked the pump wiring? First logical candidate is a wiring issue such as something melted after the other switch died, shorting something out or interrupting the circuit to the pump. I'd also follow the wire from the pump back toward the firewall looking for something pinched, insulation cracked, etc.
