here is my dilemma, I have a 1999 Tacoma 2wd 5 lug 14" steelies on my truck with 205 75 14 tires on them. What I'm wanting to do is buy 2 15" steelies from a 2nd gen Tacoma and use 235 70 15" all terrain tires. My questions are will the tires fit with no rubbing? Is the back spacing on the 15" steelies the same or close to the factory 14" steelies? Will I need spacers for the 15"s with the all terrain tires? Btw I have factory suspension with helper springs. Thanks in advance and my first post on Tacoma world! Happy to join!

Better yet 225 70 15 instead of 235 70 15. I just tire calculator the sizes and its a smaller difference with 225 70 15 to 205 70 15. Vs 235 70 15 and 205 70 15. Trying to not make my truck look weird with a 15" wheel in the rear and 14 in the front. Trying to match tire size. Using 15" wheel because it's easier to find all terrain tires for 15" instead of 14" but wanting to keep 14" wheels in the front because tires are cheap. Hell I have a 2wd anyways. What are your thoughts. That way it's still smooth in the front and turning easy on my steering pump and able to carry weight easier plus more traction when I'm going off in the grass to pick up wood.
