strange stalling

    Hey guys new to the group. Thanks in advance. My 99 has me stumped and pissed off. Its acting really odd. It stalls out then wont start again then in a few hours it will start and run like nothing happened. It sputteres and bucks and has severe power loss and reduction in gas mileage. Check engine light code was multi cylinder misfire. Mechanic said fuel pump fine but to change plugs and wires and coil packs. Changed plugs and wires air filter and tune up and it was running great and last night on my way home from work it died again and wouldn't start. So im about to go change those ignition coil packs x3. What are the chances its those? Or something else?
