2014 Tacoma AC Line Rubbed Thru

    Has anyone else ever seen this happen before? Leaning over the right hand bumper looking down. Seems as if the plastic clips are just not strong enough.

    You can see the clip off to the right with the yellow paint marker on it. That picture was after I pressed it back in. But would pop out of the clip easily and start rubbing.

    Luckily I am still under 36k and will be fixed under warranty.

    I see it now. Thanks. What is that bracket that it is rubbing on. I would get it out of the way just to be sure it doesn't recur.

    Did you ever take the truck into some heavy brush or put it into a situation where the lines would have been stressed?

    That bracket appears to have a mounting hole in it as if it was bolted to something, but came loose. I would look to see where it was bolted, as it is now it makes no sense. Clipped to a pipe and not attached at each end.
