    Even better if it's lifted/modified.

I had a white single cab, and I actually was asked on a few occasions- "did it come with the black pieces over the wheels? I like those."

It made me think, so many trucks get packages that have them (along with mirrors/bumpers/etc.) body color matched.

My truck got wrecked a few weeks ago, and I'm getting ready to order another one. Since the regular cabs are gone, looks like I'll be going access. In looking for photos of modded access cabs, I notice I didn't see hardly any with the black instead of "color" - but did run across this one (tacoma08MZ's truck):

I thought I'd try another color instead of white this time, but that truck looks so good it's back on the radar.

What color truck are you rocking with the black fenders? Whore 'em out :)

Thanks dawg. Interestingly enough, the default images that show up in the google search don't even fit the criteria (snipped from page) - showing the somewhat rarity of this combo :)

The base models came with black fenders and bumpers. In 08 they did a special TRD edition. It came with black fenders, but still had the chrome rear and color matched front bumpers.

Here's my 2010. I wanted an 08 TRD, but grew tired of searching for them, and got a base. I like the white and black contrast.

I'm on my phone, there's a couple pics in my build thread.

I got mine sprayed with full metal jacket bedliner.

I too like the black fenders. Painted mine with rustoleum bedliner, think they look much better than colormatched ones.
