Newish Member - Couple of questions

Alright, I joined the forum a couple years ago when I was about to buy an X-Runner, but that deal fell through. Flash forward, the 2015 Tacoma DCSB TRD Sport 6-speed I ordered is finally in, and I'm picking it up end of the month. I've ordered some accessories for it (exhaust, short throw shift kit, and Trail Team rims), but the dealership is telling me I can't order a roof rack for a 2015 after it's already been built, I have to order it from the factory. Can anyone validate this? Had I known that, I would have ordered it that way when my order went in initially.
