    Looking at a front mount hitch for my truck, i add the product to my cart and click checkout to check shipping..twice it has said "oops, nothing in your cart". Not sure if it's a website problem or my ipad.:(

    Tried to order the hood mount light tabs, cart never refreshed .. after 10 attempts and refreshes of actual page.

    Lost revenue.

    Last week, I ordered a bumper from the CBI web-site, and tried 3 times for the order to take. It finally did, but was frustrating. They need to tweak the web-site a bit, to make it more intuitive.

    CBI immediately charged my credit card, and sent a 'sales order' PDF so that part works well :D .

    I'm hoping to receive some sort of status report via email, and eventually tracking.

    UPDATE
    My bumper just arrived. Only took 2 weeks, and I expected about 4 weeks.
    Very nicely wrapped, and attached to a small pallet.
