    ARGH!
It never ends...I replaced my front A/F sensor (234-9001) and the o2 sensor (234-4189) as I've been getting a p0136 code. The rear o2 sensor was reading 0 volts so I knew it was needing to be replaced. Replaced it and in the process broke off one of the studs so took the truck to a muffler shop and had it fixed. The new o2 sensor is also showing 0 volts...I'm not sure if this new o2 sensor worked between the time I installed and drove the 6 miles to the muffler shop or not...forgot to plug in and check.

However, I checked my front A/F sensor and it is showing 2.9-3.5 volts on Torque under the "o2 Sensor 1 wide range voltage". There is an o2 Sensor1 equivalence ratio which is showing around 1.08. According to Torque my AFR is 12.8:1 - 16.5:1, it moves around depending on how much I step on the gas/let off. Typically cruising down the road it is around 13.9:1-14.2:1. I'm not sure what the original AF sensor was reading before I replaced it...just recently started running my Torque app religiously.

Why would my AF sensor being showing such high voltage?? I know the AFR is suppose to be 14.5 or 14.7 to 1...so with it typically running 13.9-14.1 to 1 at cruising speed its running a little rich?

Anyone have any input on the voltages?

EDIT: Don't seem to have any issues with my mpg...still getting the normal 16-20 depending on how much city vs highway I'm doing.

EDIT: Doing some reading and it looks like the AF sensor might actually be OK at the voltage it's running? For some reason I thought it was suppose to be 1V, but I'm reading that 3.3 is actually a good voltage for the AF sensor?

Well received my new o2 sensor and installed...its not showing any voltage on my obd2 scanner.

Anyone ever had this issue? Best place to start looking for a short? I've followed the wires the best I can and I can't seem to find anything. Really irritating...

I'd start by calling a dealer and getting a new OEM wire.
