Hi Guys - been lurking for awhile, but a mini-crisis at the shop is prompting my first post, hoping to get some opinions ASAP.

Have my 2014 SR5 w/ 4-leaf rear springs in shop right now, having 5100 shocks installed at the 1.75" height, attempting to level the truck. The shop is telling me that with the shocks set to that setting, it's sitting front high by approximately 3"-4". This seems crazy to me, as the front was noticeably lower than the rear prior to this installation, by like 1.5" to 2". You guys have any thoughts as to what's going on and what I do from here? They're trying to tell me to install a 2" block in rear, but really wasn't planning to try and lift the truck all that much, and I know blocks are frowned upon around here. Is there something they could have done wrong with the install to cause this? Where do I go from here? Thanks..!

Sounds like they installed the spring perch upside down.
