Leak around Power Steering Pump

    Hey guys, Im looking at buying a 09 2.7 Tacoma w/150k miles. In looking at the truck I noticed it has wet fluid (couldnt tell if it was oil or PS fluid) all behind the power steering pump. It wasnt dripping a lot just wet. Could this be a power steering leak or an oil leak around that area. Has anyone had this problem?
