Tacoma door handle fit other Toyota vehicles?

So I want a handsfree keyless system like I had with my BRZ. Just have the key in your pocket and touch the door handle and it unlocks. Are the Camry, Highlander, etc handles a direct fit to Tacoma doors?

If Camry or other cars are smart keyless...I like to buy all the parts to put into my Tacoma. Please let me know if they are direct fit.

They look so close...I might just buy one used handle and try to adapt it....maybe the 2016 will have something similar.

 

Push button and the keyless system is on the 2016.

It will take a lot more than door handles to get the system to work in a 2015 or older.

 

Yes...I want to buy the whole system to implement.
