Anyway, here's possibly our fix for the transmission mount. Courtesy of HURR DURR FAB :luvya:

I should really run those poly bushings over the top, so we can have a theme going and match your tow rig

I cannot stand a dirty garage. I have major OCD when it comes that cleaning. It's always that clean!

Got the aal in the rear added. Gave me 1.5" of lift.

    20150403_113706_zpsrxrxbh8x_2abd0bdbedf925fc9bc35418b9e3cfae00ecf5cf.jpg

I added the leaf because I needed 26" frame height in the rear to match the front frame height. Front has 4" up travel with 26" frame height. I preloaded the driver side about 1/4" more to compensate for my fat ass and the fuel tank. Truck now sits 100% level!! 26" frame all around. First time in 5 years it's been level

Well, the time has come and that time is getting the PS system working again.

First off, big thanks to Jon (45acp) for letting me use his time and garage to get this thing done! I did buy him a present at least. He's freaking excited about it too!

    Anywho...

Step 1: We decided to remove the stock nosecone bracket that was originally modified for the pump and shit from before...

    Old...

    Jon Fabbed a new one

Now it looks different because we decided to move the idler pulley down farther to help belt clearance... Belt clearance you say? Well, hold on to your panties because you'll see why :D

    Something appears to be missing.

Bracket is slightly taking a new design... Looks familiar again, doesn't it?

Ran into alot of issues during this relocate... First, belt lengths changed. We kept the stock tensioner system and the belt needed to be 71" long and well they don't make a 4 rib belt that is that long... So we decided to remove the stock tensioner and move it to the idler pulley that is on the SC. That would make our belt about 54" long... which they make :D We still haven't gotten to that point, soon hopefully.

Another issue was the coolant inlet line was in the way of the new PS pump and belt location... We found a way to reroute it using the stock hose, but we had to extend it about 6". So far we haven't completed this yet either. I bought TG silicone hoses to replace all the stock hoses, since well... already had the coolant drained anyway.

I'll keep you all updated once and if I get it to run.

Also, the main purpose of relocating this pump was because in the stock pump position in order to feed the pump via gravity I would need to run my resi through the hood....dramatically. You can rotate these stupid fucking pumps, which is how I use to have it before the supercharger. The nosecone on the supercharger just does not allow for any room for hoses when it's rotated... So we needed the next best thing, because I sure as fuck ain't removing that SC :luvya:

Least important stuff that was needed to get the truck rolling came in today.

The new coolant reservoir was a perfect fit/size though.

I ain't touching shit until the belt and coolant hoses arrive. :)

BTW, do you need some kind of secondary reservoir or catch can or something for that tube coming out the top of the PSC reservoir? A breather perhaps? Check valve?

Engine could use a good steam cleaning or something. Isn't there a risk of fire with all steering fluid all over it?

It's just a vent hose, only air should come out of it. Engine could use a bath maybe after I get it home I'll wash it.

Have you ordered a belt? I didn't yet... LOL :anonymous: link? That summit one was way too far out
