    Negative battery cable routing.

Finally replaced the stock battery in my '07 today.
Let the guy at advanced install it as it was free and I didn't have the tools or ride to do it myself. Anyway, after he got it in. I noticed my negative cable looked funny.
It was above the battery sticking up. So I shoved it between the battery and the fuse box.
I assume this is where it goes? As there was a plastic clip attached to the cable. I just snapped the clip to the battery hold down rod as it seemed to fit perfect there?

Notice the negative cable going down behind the battery.

I know it's not a big deal. But I know there wasn't any cable sticking up before he changed it.
I just had the battery checked and saw no excess cable sticking up. At least toyota gave us extra cable to make install easier.
