176,700miles, replaced parking brake cables and rebuilt rear brakes. 1 bolt/clamp remains! It's on top of the frame rail and there to stay! I cut the old ones out! Every nut/bolt is never seized!

Rotated the tires while I was at it!

Next, ARB compressor! I gotta get the lockers functional!

Next project, ARB compressor is wired and operating! Hopefully I'll get the air lines in tomorrow!

Moved the clutch switch into the upper bank and installed the ARB switches in the lower bank!

Tight fit! Bolted to the fender well.

Ugly wiring, gotta get a fuse block and clean things up! Maybe a winter project!

    Functioning lit switches!:p

    Rep'n ECGS and ARB!

Thanks also to TOYTEC and URD! BRUTEFORCEFAB and DWRECK too!

Again, hoping to do the air lines tomorrow!

Still love to drive my Toy!:D

    Thanks man!:)

New frame coming up! I have to remove all my extras, or they will charge me for the extra labor!

I'm kinda terrified! No issues in 178,000miles!

    Now what's gonna happen?

    Yup!

The hole is a little smaller than the tip of my thump.

Hoping on upgrading to extended travel Icons!:p LR UCA bushings are shot, so I gotta replace them! The LCAs get replaced, so alignment should be spot on!

It just terrifies me that something that works is going to be dismantled and put back together!:(

Man that sucks, but I hope it will work out well for you.

I got rid of my LR UCA's for Total Chaos. The LR bushings don't last very long.

Mine are SHOT! The new bushings are POLY! Or do I just go new LRs? I have new diffs, new frame, new LCAs, and new ICONS! Then give her a Fluid Film bath?

Three months now and still no frame!

I just put in my order for Icon extended travel COs and a new set of LR UCAs! I figured go new with the UCAs instead of new bushings and ball joints. Parts and labor to rebuild/replace push the cost of new ones!

After frame replacement, the only old/original parts would be body, motor, tranny/trans and clutch!

I'll probably end up with a new steering rack and rebuilt driveshaft too!

    It'll be my "new" 180,000 mile Toy!:p

    Patience...

Camping season is starting up! My first trip is April 22 with my brothers!

Hoping it's done by then! They say it's only a 3-4 day thing if there are no interuptions!

Hey, nice truck! I've been waiting on my frame since mid-December 2014 also, this past December.

It is taking so long for everyone due to the backorder of the electrical harnesses attached to the frame

Got a "good" alignment yesterday! Toe and camber are at 0! Drivers caster=2.75, passenger=3.4! Drives excellent! Back to being comfy on the road again.. Even without the swaybar!:p
