Rear Differential Question.

I just got 315/75/16. I think I need to regear... I'm thinking of getting a ~4.56 ratio, but I have no clue what I'm looking for.
I have a 2007 Tacoma TRD Off-Road v6 automatic with the stock E-Locker.

Can anyone shoot me an exact link on what I need?
or tell me what size Ring and Pinion gear I need.

Did a quick search and this might help, the link has some links in it so check it out and see if your question gets answered there, otherwise I don't have the answer for you aside from the 4.56 ratio sounds good. Hopefully someone else chimes in

The tire size calculator at the bottom of the page also has suggested ratios for tire size.....

 

Yeah I've searched all over, but I haven't found a direct answer.
I'd like to get a Dana that's about all I know. I know the stock ring gear is 8.25" with 3.37 ratio and I used the tire size calculator to find the 4.56 ratio I wanted. I'm just so lost beyond that though.

I'll be visiting DMZ Fab this Tuesday to pick up my rear end long travel kit maybe Tim can tell me what to get. I'd really like to try and do it myself too since my trucks never been worked on in a shop except to get the tires mounted and balanced. I did everything in my driveway so far.
