Have you added off-road bumpers? How about a full set of skids? Rocksliders? Larger than OEM, D/E range tires? If so, how is truck handling the extra weight?

Im running full armor on my rig and she's almost as heavy as a tank.

Much better accelaration now that I've regeared.

My 09 had an ARB front bumper with winch, rack with RTT and awning, BFG KOs (D), ARB fridge and it handled pretty good with OME suspension. When I drove home in my new 2012 it felt weird not having all that weight but was still a nice drive.

I am about to purchase a front plate bumper. After that i will be armored out with front and rear plate bumpers and sliders. What gears did you go with?

I went with Nitro 4.56 gears from ECGS.

Oh I guess I forgot to mention I also have a 200lb topper on the back as well. I run 33" km2's I think in a D load. The truck drives great given all the weight I'm carrying around.

I put 80 lbs. of sliders on my truck when it was 2 weeks old and used them a lot :) I'm adding a 150 lb truck cap in a few weeks. Yay! I've managed to go three years without aftermarket skids. I've had some close calls but managed to survive okay. I'm running load range D, Duratracs which I like, had them for a year now. I think I want an ARB bumper so I can move other vehicles out of the way if I need to. :D

    bed rack
    E range 255/85/16's
front King 2.5's on 700# springs
    no sway bar
TSB springs with wheelers 3 leaf aal (no overload)
    rear 5100's
stock gears (sucks on mountain roads)

Truck is great and handles just fine on the road right now. I wouldn't take a turn faster then 70mph, but most of my weight is low so my center of gravity isn't all that bad. I can do well above the speed limit with zero issues. My leaf springs are finally starting to flatten, but that's to be expected.
