I am replacing the kit with a skyjacker 3". Revtec turns your taco into a lumber wagon, it will ride rough. For the price you have a lift, just not a fully functional one.

Im really not sure how revtec calls it a 3" anyways, because you dont get 3" lift out of a 1.5" block.

Be sure to keep all your parts when you get it put on!! You will need them in the future if you decide to change the lift to a real one.

As the front suspension has a 2 to 10 geometry, a 1.5" block does give 3" lift.

Damnn i wanted to get the revtek lift.. So if someone just gets the blisten 5100's and installed them then that would give a better quality 3 inch lift??

Alright guys, I'm new to this forum, and having one hell of a problem. Have a 07' double cab 4x4, with a 3" revtek lift. I've had it for about 3 months. As soon as I got it put on ( by 4 wheel parts ) I noticed a vibration only when coming to a stop at about 20 mph. Went through all the brakes, thats not it. Chacked the wheel speed sensors to see if they were dirty, thats not it either. Called revtek and spoke to Randy. He said to check the rear blocks to see if they were backwards. One was, so I took it back to 4 wheel parts. they turned it around and the vibration was still there. I then called revtek back up and Randy told me to have them drop the carrier bearing down about a 1/4 inch. I went back to 4 wheel parts and had them drop it. They called and said that fixed it. Well you guessed it, it still does it. Any ideas guys. It all started after the lift went on and before the new tires and wheels went on.
