I have a 4x4 2007 Tacoma double cab with a 2 1/2 Inch Lift and 35's Mickey Thompson. Will or Could taking my truck on sandy part of the Arkansas River Mess it up? If so what would be my biggest thing to worry about? Sand in the Diff. or what? I think it is Long Bed. but the bed isnt metal its a Hard Plastic so this im sure makes it lighter, so would sinking be something to worry about? Just give me your Opinion on how you feel about this, and Would you do it?

Sand is harsh on vehicles and engines. Your best friend is the skinny peddle and air down to about 12 to 15 lbs. Depending on how soft the sand is you are going to sink. I have done it all the time at glamis and dumont in California.

After you are done on the beach take an oscillating sprinkler and run it along the undercarriage of your bed. That's really all you need to do cleanup wise.
