    Hello i have a 2001 tacoma extra cab 4wd 4cyl maunual.
Strange clunk noise when truck is rocking back and forth, Only happens when going over off camber bumps like drive ways and speed bumps, especially when wheels are turned but still happens when straight. Never when going over small bumps straight on. When driving feels like right under feet, can feel it in floor. But when parked i rock truck back and forth and sounds like coming from driver side rear end but can't find it! Replaced lower ball joints because one was leaking but didn't fix. Please Help!

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Go through and check all your nuts and bolts underneath and make sure everything is tight. Never hurts to go through and do that every so often, I check all mine every other oil change.

Same problem here, grease the sway bar links!! Every time I would back out of my driveway or go off-road I'd get the clunk. I'll find or take a picture of the part I'm referring to.

Check upper ball joints too. I lifted my truck and shortly after I had the same clunk. I swapped to a uniball UCA, but the uppers were so loose I could rattle the ball in the socket with my bare hand. Scary...
