My truck came with a broken A/C vent (passenger side). I recently found one this weekend at a junk yard, but broke a piece off removing it, took it home and super glued it anyway. It's too weak, and snaps every time I attempt to put the vent back in place. Is there a special way to remove/reinstall these vents? I feel like if I pry one out of another dash it'll just break like the last one.

old plastic gets brittle, nothing you can do about it, just keep looking for another one and hope it doesn't break.

there are some out there you can salvage successfully or try the for sale section.

something from a garage kept truck will still have flexible plastic vents

Are you pulling just the vent out or the entire register. Toyota lists the whole "register assembly" (the vent and plastic around it as a single part number. I believe it may be screwed onto the dashboard from behind which makes it hard to get out without the dashboard removed, but may be possible with the glove box removed.

Had a crack all the way thru a corner of one of the center vents...Used West Systems G-Flex 2-part epoxy, put a large rubber band around the vent as a clamp, this was almost 2 years ago, working fine.
