So I have a 2015 Tacoma TRD DCSB, which I pull a 1972 airstream trailer converted kitchen with almost everyday. This is my work truck and weekend expedition vehicle. This past December I towed the airstream back to Denver and the sag was pretty gnarly. So id like to address that. Thinking bags in the rear as well as suspension setup. [IMG]

Also would like to address the garbage BFgoodrich Toyota decided to put on the TRD off roads, and get some 285 Goodyear Duratraks mounted up. Looking at doing ARB front bumper and XD9000i winch as well as IFS skids, trans, TC, and sliders.

So with all that, now its time to choose the perfect suspension. Would love to do a LT kit but way too much involved and would never be getting that crazy on the trails out here in Colorado.

So was thinking 3" lift and want to stay away from AAL and stick to a full replacement spring pack. Slee out here is OME all the way and seems like the best bang for the buck. But hows ride quality on highway and then daily life of towing a 5000lb airstream around Denver? (won't be going too far out of the city)

So thinking Fox FULL coil over setup from TOYTEC ($3300) and have dealer do install to avoid any warranty complications further down the road. Then do the bag setup for lift kits on the rear if thats even an option.

Anyone have experience with the fox setup and towing something around 5000lbs?
Thoughts on the OME and towing capabilities?
Is there a heavy duty kit for the tacoma that will help handle the load of an airstream trailer....?

    What would you do?

Thanks in advance for any advice or input.

Welcome to TW. I cannot help with the towing question, but do have a word of advice on ARB/Warn setup. If you go with an ARB, the winch will mount "feet foward" versus feet down. You will want a non-Integrated control box on the winch. The 9000i has the integrated control box, and will not fit in the ARB.

    Good luck!
