HVAC control lights quit working on 2014

My lights went out on the HVAC controls. I have pulled the controls out and can't find the bulbs. All the post I've found says they are right there on the back, circles that turn about 1/4 turn. My panel doesn't have those. It's a 2014 any ideas how to change or even get to the lights?
