Just wondering what folks think of Wal-Mart's latest shenanigans of closing 5 stores for "plumbing problems" in an obvious effort to squelch talks of higher wages and the dreaded union word? This is shades of the time they abruptly closed a Canadian store that unionized some time back, and moved it. I think it's pathetic myself. It's not only screwing the workers over, it's hurting their own customers, and sending them elsewhere. I'm not preaching they should unionize, however, one of the worlds richest families could surely pay the help that makes them wealthy a few more bucks an hour, instead of treating them like a disposable tool.

Most of the employees I see at Walmart are disposable tools. I do feel bad for the 1% though.
