Need part numbers for steal brake lines

    I broke my rear cross over break line on the top of the rear axle. The one that goes from the flexible line to the right rear wheel. I can't find a replacement part number anywhere. Checked rock auto etc. All I can find is the flexible lines. Any advice on a better place to look or do I need to hand make one?
