Assuming you're not a 2.7, looks to me like the only thing missing is the Bpv.
Can't see the pic very good, didn't see it.

Brake proportioning valve. The bracket on your rear axle that holds the cable that goes to the Bpv.

Sorry, I meant you need a longer Bpv bracket, not the actual Bpv.

Hmmmm any idea on where I might be able to find a longer one or would it make more sense to have someone fabricate the stock one to make it work?

Yea. You could easily make one. Just have to get the correct measurements.
It has something to do with braking force and payload in the bed. Someone could probably exlain it better. It needs to be lengthened the ammt your lifting in the rear.
I would imagine toytec or any other reputable off-road shop that carries Toyota lifts has them.

 good luck with your lift. That diff drop can be a pain in the but, take your time with it.

Don't sweat the diff drop install. There's really nothing to it! I can't imagine you having any problem at all, its two bolts! As for the bpv bracket like mentioned above, super easy to make one. It just has to match the lift you install, if you put a three inch lift on it, it'll need to be three inches longer than the stock one. Also as already mentioned most places that sell lifts and suspension goodies will have those brackets. I know for sure wheelers sell them.

Didn't wanna start a new thread so I'll chime in here. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the toytech ultimate lift kit and the 'BOSS' lift kit?
    Thanks.

I think Wheelers sells them - not expensive...

I think it is just a larger shock shaft diameter and better corrosion resistance
