I did this a couple years ago. I got a little "western" driving on a forest service road with my 17 foot Mad River Canoe on my 2012 access cab. My rack is the Q tower version of the Yakima system. Both sides are dented identically.

What's the best way to get these dents out? Thanks!

Maybe remove the headliner and hammer it out?

Some stick on chrome from pep boys
Drop the headliner and push them out from the inside. Did something similar with a pneumatic line hanging from an overhead reel once. Alarmed me at how easy it was to dent. Taking the headliner out was a bit of a ball-ache but I used it as an excuse to put sound dampening material in at the same time.

I used my go-pro suction cup attachment on a roof dent once. Worked pretty well. Mine wasn't that bad though.

Thanks for the replies! I haven't contacted anyone or bought suction cups yet. I pulled down that corner of the headliner, but the roof looked like it was double walled in that spot.
