Question on Fresh Air Vents

    2015 DCLB 4x4. I have a question on how the fresh air vents are supposed to operate. Other day I turned the fan to off thinking that shuts the vents from outside air. Contrary I still felt air coming through the vents. On my old Dakota shutting the fan off used to close the vents. Is the Taco operating properly? Thank you>>AJ
