This would be happening in a year or two, just trying to figure out the best route to take and what I should be doing in the mean time.

I'm trying to figure out if it would be worth it to keep the cab I have or scrap it and get a new cab.

My original cab has been through quite a bit over the years.. I've had a few front end incidents and I replaced the core support myself, passenger fender, hood etc. (didn't do the best job..) basically my grill, headlights/side lights, and hood don't really line up/fit that great.. The core support I used was aftermarket but looked identical to my original one.

Here's what it really comes down to:
If I want to keep my original cab I would want to replace these items with OEM stuff: For sure I would need to replace driver side inner fender well, driver side fender, side lights, paint(DIY), and core support
I might also need to replace but not sure passenger side inner fenderwell, hood & latch, and headlights/headlight supports

What would be easier? What would be more cost effective?

I'm kind of leaning towards cab replacement but if I do that Id also want to do a 95-97 front end swap on whatever year cab I ended up with.

    any opinions/experiences welcome!
    Thanks.
