I have an 03 Tacoma with the 3.4l v6. I'm planning on putting 33's on it and was wondering what you guys recommend for regearing or if I have to. From what I've read (not 100% sure) it is stock with 4.10 gears

If you have stock 4.10 gears, you should be fine with the 33s running a 3.4L engine.

Just upgraded from 31's with 4.10 to 33's
Feels a little sluggish in the lower RPM's but that's the price of looking sexy as hell.

Already purchased everything to re-gear...but was actually surprised how she drives with 4.10s.

I have 33's on my 2015 Tacoma with stock gears 3.73. It's definitely a bit sluggish compared to the OEM tires, but it's acceptable.

However, I fear that with more weight(bumpers, winch, sliders, skids, shell) added to the vehicle, new gears would help. I think I'll cross that bridge down the road.

This is a little off topic but how much lift do you have and any clearance issues/rubbing?

What kind of mileage do you get with the 33's and 4.10s?

I'm getting 19 city when I'm putting around with 255/85s, intake, lce header in my 2.7 manual transmission.

Driving to arkansas in two weeks so that'll be the true highway mileage test.
