    Noticed that when I quote and develop a post, I cannot preview the post before actually posting it.

    I like previewing because most of the time I edit the quote to shorten it, and want to be sure I edited it correctly before posting.

    Now it appears I have to actually post, and then edit afterwards if it is wrong.

    Did you notice the 'More Options' button?? Click on MORE OPTIONS.......PREVIEW.

    Then..when you're happy with it, click "Reply to Thread"

    At the lower right in each post is a "Quote" button, next to it is a "Multi-Quote +" button.
    Click "Multi-Quote +" in 2, 3, 4, etc. different posts you want to reply to, then click "Quote" next to (but after) the last "Multi-Quote +" you've clicked.
    That will load all the quoted posts into your reply
