Im due for my 25k oil change here in the next 1000 miles and plan to drop it off then. And show them the video.

Im wishing now that I bought the extended warranty. I feel like either my rear springs are bad or shocks or something... something isn't working properly.

It could also be a broken belt in the tire.
I'd Swap the tires front to back.If it's a tire issue the vibration will move more to the steering wheel. If it's a bad shock or carrier bearing there will be no change in the ride.

I am gonna say bent wheel. I had a similar thing happen with a Mustang I owned. It only did it at certain speeds. Turned out I had a bent wheel and someone had tried to compensate by adding a shit ton of weights. Apparently one of the weights came off and caused the horrible shaking.

Someone else here at work mentioned a bad belt in the tire... Ive never known that to happen lol. Would the carrier bearing be spuratic at times or constant?

I can drive for miles and nothing happens, then suddenly it'll happen for a half a mile or so.

All the weights are on it, and if the wheel was bent I would be able to get it to duplicate itself every time i hit X speed, not the case here.

Vibration can start off very slow at 35mph, or I might not get anything till 50mph. 50 Is usually when I first notice it though, itll be there, then be gone for the rest of my 20min drive. Then it might be there for as much as half of my drive home.

Well I crawled under my truck today since the weather was nice and noticed a few things. My leaf springs are sitting strange. They're almost warped looking. The passenger side one has more of a warp then the drivers side. Then looking at the shocks, the passenger side one looked fine, the boot of the drivers side had grease/oil on it like its leaking? Also the shock mount bushing looks dry rotted... Truck has 24800 on it now.
