I run 40 on the road. 20 on rough dirt road and 12 for the rough slow going stuff. I'm on load range E 235 85 16's.

    Can't forget about the spare!

For anyone running 265/75R16 the spare will fit back in the spot under the bed. It is a super tight fit and needs to go in perfect but it helps keep the bed open for gear.

@Trucko I used Raptor Liner on mine. As long as you have a compressor it will go on great. Key is prep of the surface. Haven't had any of mine flake off and it's been great.

    I run 10psi on KM2s and MTR/Ks. Love it.

But as like Adam, i am on 15'' rims so we have a lot more tire to spare and load range C tires.

im around 30-32 for the road. Ive been down to 8 psi in the snow with no problems.

Question on Jump Start packs, I have a stock SR5 with a standard battery, should I get the pack that is 300 AMPS with a peak of 600, or the 500 AMP with a 1000 peak? Or do I need something bigger...? A dual batter set up is too expensive right now as I have other pressing issues.

I briefly worked at a Toyota dealership. They had 3 of these that got used all the time. I think they were pretty old and still worked great.

Getting my bed organized finally. Tired of things rolling around during road trips *ahem* expeditions *cough*. Here's what I've ended up with. Have a soft case coming for the camp stove and I'm still working on the internal organization for the action packers. This all fits under my bedrack/RTT and still has room over the wheel wells for soft-sided items such as tent(s), chairs, etc. Pretty excited with how well this manages the space!

No locking tailgate (that's just a rear/backup camera there), so I would like to buy or make a small cover to keep things out of sight when I'm away. So far I've just been relying on people's honesty while at trailheads, etc. Not the greatest idea.

Most definitely! I've got a rear platform in the cab for locking the more valuable/weather-sensitive gear inside. And the bed rack makes it decidedly inconvenient to nose through the bins. They'll be ratchet-strapped down in the bed as well. At any rate, knock on wood, I haven't had any issues with people getting into my gear.

You can have dash cams running 24/7 on constant loop recording FYI. They are really inexpensive right now and offer aux inputs for more than 1 cam on most models. For a front and rear facing setup. Cheap insurance, or to identify any potential tampering with gear. I normally have a rifle or other hunting gear so i am always recording.

finally got everything in my bed set up and locked up either with a cable or padlock. theres room for some ice chests in front of the baja bings and also room for 2 small action packers to go on top of each big one.
