All-Pro has fantastic customer service!

I ordered a pair of APEX sliders from All-Pro about 3 weeks ago. They shipped quickly ( in about a week). All-Pro ships the sliders bolted together as on-piece. I had them delivered to work so there was someone available to receive it.

PROBLEM:
UPS, somewhere along the way, separated the sliders by unbolting them. I suspect they were trying to make it easier to carry since they have a combined weight of about 140lbs. Of course, this led to the driver's side slider being lost in transit. When the single slider showed up at the office, the person who signed for it had no idea that half of it was missing. The simple the fact that delivery had been "accepted" left me fearing I would be left "holding the bag".

INSTANT SOLUTION: (a product of barely a phone call):
Called Tracy Bundrant at All-Pro. I barely started to explain the situation when she quickly interjected. "No problem, we will build you a replacement." Within a week, the replacement slider was shipped. I received it this past Friday! UPS still hasn't accepted responsibility for the lost. Hats off to Tracy at All-Pro for her willingness to take a potential "hit" on the lost of the slider. You've earned another long-term customer.
