Pictures of offset for 18x9 +12...or -12

Hey, I'm new here as a member but have read and searched the forums for a long time. I have a 2013 Prerunner and am wanting to run 18x9 with 275/65/18 duractracs. The wheels I've found are only available in -12 and +12 offsets. The wheels are Mamba M14. I'm only going to do 2" lift, thinking 884's, so I'd like the wheels/tires to be pretty flush...maybe stick out a half inch or so. I know the +12 offset will be very close(or rubbing) to the UCA and think the -12 may stick out a bit much. Does anyone happen to run +12 in the 18x9? I saw that member KPT has BBS wheels that are possibly +10 offset with 275/65/18?? Can anyone verify, shed some light on this, or post up some side pictures of +12 offset, or even -12. I did search but can't come up with much on the +12. Thanks guys, great site!
