Hmm interesting info! I was considering doing the 884s with nitrochargers all the way around, and getting the TSB rear leaf pack installed (if my dealer would ever release it ). I believe that will make it somewhere around level!

And just because I like posting pictures of my truck, I have the exact same lift as Burghlar and gym_jamz and love it

Well... Talked with Hixon Toyota this afternoon. They can do my TSB rear leaf pack sometime in the next week. What all does the TSB come with besides the leaf springs? Does it also come with an alignment?

Well... Thanks for mx355, got my wheel situation sorted out!!! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1429582797.577434.jpg

Anyone have any pics of 884s with Nitrocharger Sports all the way around on just the rear TSB leaf pack??? Looking to go that way with a tad bit of bro lean in the front. I'm leaning on running 265/70/R17 Michelin M/S2s because of all of my highway driving. Anyone have opinions on this setup?

I did something similar to other guys here. 5100s all around, OME 884s in the front and General HD leaf packs in the rear.

Basically maintains the factory stance--maybe slightly more level than before.

FWIW, the General packs are inexpensive and worth every penny. They ride better and it takes a pretty significant load to get them to sag.

Clean truck! I'm thinking of just doing the TSB leaf pack in the rear, and doing OME Nitrochargers all around.

I've been considering this exact setup as kind of a medium duty/slight lift setup. I'm frequently going to be hauling 2 motorcycles in the bed and my stock leaves are already reverse-arching with an empty bed. I've seen some posts saying they're designed that way, but I don't like it at all.

Did your setup give a noticeable amount of lift? Any alignment issues?

Haven't bought it yet. I'm a senior in high school, and scholarships and graduation prep have got me busy! Looking to install everything around Late May if possible. Considering making a build thread also... But we shall see!

I got approximately 2" all around. The back may have settled a bit below 2", but not much. Factory rake is still there.

I like it because it looks like it could be stock at first glance. It's most noticeable when I park next to another Tacoma.

Alignment is okay. It would benefit from UCAs if you wanted it to be really perfect, but handling is good and no uneven tire wear, so stock UCAs work okay. I can't remember the numbers.

You could go with Wheeler's HD 5-pack leafs as well. The price is similar. I went with the Generals because a nearby shop bought them for a customer with broken leafs and the guy didn't like the idea of his back end being higher. So, rather than shipping them back he sold them to me and I got a good deal on them.

^^ Thanks for the reply, that's exactly the information I was looking for and hoping to get.

I'm new to this modifying a 4x4 thing, and come from an odd-ball sports car background where aftermarket support was almost non-existent. We literally had 3-4 choices of suspension setup unless you were going to build something one-off. I'm not used to having so many options, haha.

    No problem.

5100s + 884s are about the most height you can get without really worrying about alignment (2").

In the back, the General HD or Wheeler's HD leafs work well with 5100s too. The height increase is modest enough where you don't have to worry much about overextending those shocks.
